Yoga to Calm a Busy Mind

As we start to transition back to a changed world, join Jenny in the comfort of your own home as she leads you through a gentle class that includes slow flowing movement with breath to calm a busy and anxious mind.
The 60 minute restorative style class intwined with yoga therapy practices will help to reduce the feeling of stress and overwhelm to bring about a state of mental calm and emotional balance. Rooted in the lens of movement for mental wellness, as well as Ayurveda “vata” for grounding, you’ll release the neck and upper back tension related to “held anxiety” before winding down the rest of the body.
You’ll need:
A bolster or pillow rolled up in a bath towel and tied up (use a dressing gown tie or belt)
2-3 bricks or rectangular Tupperware boxes / hard books
Yoga strap or dressing gown tie / soft belt / thin scarf
2 blankets
