Experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice with our cost-effective unlimited membership. Not ready for a membership? No worries, whether you are looking to grow in your practice with unlimited yoga or a single drop-in class, we have lots of flexible options designed for everyone.
If you are new to the studio, for £30 you can try out as many classes as you like for 2 weeks.
Please note: All class purchases are non-refundable. No extensions or holds on new student intro offers. Monthly memberships can be put on hold anytime, min. 14 days.
1 Class Per Week. Every week Monday – Sunday.
Classes do not roll over weekly.

New to Yoga?
Well you’ve come to the right place! We believe in creating the most welcoming environment possible to practice yoga and that no one should feel intimidated to join any class. We offer a range of classes suited to beginners – you don’t need anything except some comfy clothing and an open mind. Through yoga we can help you to enhance the quality of your life, increase longevity and release the stress of everyday life. We will introduce you to important principles of alignment, tools for concentration, and teach you the essential skills to help you relax. We stretch, we twist, we move and we let it all go. The best part is, we do it all together as a community.
If you’re visiting our studio for the first time, you will need to arrive 15 mins early to complete a waiver before the class. You can save some time by registering for an account, booking your class and completing our waiver online before arrival.
What to Bring?

Studio Tips
- Check out our class types and contact us if you need guidance on which classes to start with.
- Purchase a pass before arriving. While you can join any of our classes by dropping in without booking, we do recommend to book ahead online to guarantee a mat.
- Sign up to the TeamUp App for ease of booking and managing your account.
- If you are new, arrive 15 minutes before your class so we can show you around.
- All classes start on time and the studio entrance door will be locked during class times.
- Take off your shoes and place them in the shoe racks.
- Turn off all electricals and leave in the changing area – it’s time to unplug.
- Go at your own pace and listen to your body. Take as many breaks as you need.
- If you are new, check in with the teacher before class, advise of any injuries and level of fitness/ experience.
- We also recommend everyone new to take our Beginner’s Class which will break down all the basics of yoga in an easy, learning environment.
- For best results, attend at least 2-3 times per week minimum to get the consistent benefits that a yoga/ pilates practice can offer you.
- Avoid eating large meals at least 2 hours before a yoga class. A light snack or some fruit is usually alright.
- We don’t have showers.
- The studio closes 30 minutes after each class.
